Dr. Meskin is married. His wife is a pediatrician. They have two grown-up sons. He is passionate about helping others not only at work. He and his wife regularly donate to and personally participate in charitable activities, like the Wounded Warrior Project. Dr. Meskin loves nature, art, and theater. He is an active hiker, biker, skier, and tennis player.
Dr. Won-Sang Lee, DDS, is a highly skilled oral surgeon at Aesthetic Dental Centers. He obtained his dental surgery degree from Columbia University and completed his oral and maxillofacial surgery training at prestigious medical centers in New York City.
Dr. Lee is not only a dedicated practitioner at Aesthetic Dental Centers but also serves as an Oral Surgery Attending at Metropolitan Hospital Center, where he supervises oral surgery residents. His expertise includes extractions, corrective jaw surgery, and dental implant placement and repairs. With a focus on the face, mouth, and jaw, Dr. Lee provides compassionate and exceptional care to his patients.
Dr. Maurice Srour earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the New York University College of Dentistry, and an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Certificate (OMFS) at New York University Medical Center/ Bellevue Hospital Center.
In addition to being a key member of the team at ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers, Dr. Srour is on staff at Trinitas Regional Medical Center (Elizabeth,NJ), where he continues to service the community focusing on Trauma, Pathology and Reconstruction.
Dr. Srour has been a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Sungmin Peter Jeoun is a specialized, hospital-trained dental anesthesiologist.
He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry in 2015. After working as a general dentist for five years treating patients under general anesthesia, he pursued his passion in the field of anesthesia and went on to complete his Dental Anesthesiology Residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
He spent three years in the operating room full-time, providing all levels of anesthesia for a wide range of procedures and surgeries including, but not limited to, neurosurgery, general surgery, bariatric, gynecological (GYN), ENT, urological, thoracic, vascular, plastic surgery, orthopedic, pain management, podiatric, GI endoscopies, full mouth rehabilitation of adult and pediatric patients (including those with special needs), extractions, and oral surgery. He also completed rotations in the intensive care unit, cardiology, and pediatric medicine.
Dr. Jeoun’s extensive hospital training allows him to stay on the cutting edge of anesthesia techniques and practices, ensuring patient safety in every procedure.
He currently holds certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS).
Dr. Jeoun’s passion is to provide safe and comfortable anesthesia care for every dental patient, while allowing dentists to perform treatment in an effective and stress-free environment.

Having worked alongside Dr. Meskin since 2004, Irina Genutis has become an essential part of the practice, growing both personally and professionally with it. Her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Administration has helped her strike the perfect balance between delivering excellent quality of care and offering affordable treatment solutions.
Today, Irina serves as both Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator, with a deep passion for creating a positive patient experience and achieving successful outcomes.
Outside the office, Irina enjoys spending quality time with her family and engaging in her favorite activities—biking, hiking, skiing, bowling, and game nights.
Lisana was born in New York and raised in the Dominican Republic. She moved back to New York in 2012 and later relocated to New Jersey with her husband. She studied Dentistry in the Dominican Republic and graduated in 2012. Since then, she has worked in various roles in the dental field, including as a dental assistant, treatment coordinator, and financial coordinator.
Having a dental degree gives Lisana a unique advantage in understanding the treatment plans recommended by the dentist. It also allows her to clearly explain procedures and coordinate appointments to best suit each patient’s needs. She loves helping patients feel comfortable while working toward the smile of their dreams.
In her free time, Lisana enjoys cooking, reading, and playing fun games with her son and husband.
Gladys Elao is our Dental Assistant and Patient Coordinator. She was born in Ecuador and moved to Brooklyn, NY at the age of eight. She now lives in Pompton Lakes, NJ with her husband and two daughters.
Gladys began her career in the dental field in 2007 and received her training as a Dental Assistant from GS Dental Academy in Springfield, NJ. Since then, she has dedicated herself to helping patients achieve their dream smiles, while educating them on the importance of good oral hygiene, Invisalign, and dental implants.
She enjoys working across all specialties in dentistry, with a special interest in oral surgery and full mouth rehabilitation.
In her free time, Gladys loves cooking, dancing, and spending time with her family.
Sonia is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 20 years in the dental industry. With her background knowledge, she is uniquely qualified as our Treatment Plan Coordinator, helping patients navigate their care with confidence. As a mom of two, she balances family life with her passion for dentistry and her deep connection to her Portuguese heritage. Actively involved in community events, she loves celebrating and preserving her culture. In her free time, she enjoys playing the organ and singing in the church choir and performing with a Portuguese heritage group. Sonia is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, allowing her to connect with a diverse range of patients.
